These cards would NOT let me shuffle them properly then these two flipped over without me drawing them so needless to say, Spirit WANTED this message! Lol.
A partnership or relationship may present itself today. Conversely, if you are already in a relationship then today may be a day which only strengthens and deepens your connection and bond to one another. There’s respect and equal exchange of energies and love in a relationship. You can have it all, My Darling. A loving relationship, a strong friendship, a respectable business partnership, and success. There’s an union of two individuals possible but it’s your decision whether you seize the opportunity or not.
I usually have a quite longer write-up but today’s cards seem very much direct. I looked at them and immediately knew precisely what they were talking about. And ya’ll the Queen of Pentacles is very Venus for me right now and I have no idea why. I’ll go with it lol. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
Brightest of Blessings,
The Autumn Witch

(Excuse the horrid camera quality. I have no clue what’s wrong. Ugh, Technology, right?)
Today’s Card of the Day is the 5 of Cups reversed. This is a reminder that not all “bad” situations are negative. Instead they are necessary and full of potential. Instead we ought to step away from the narrow perspective that is stuck in the details and look at the larger picture which may reveal the situation’s or circumstances’ grander role. Difficult times are brought into our lives for various reasons but they can be used as ways to better ourselves. It is through battling the lower situations that we learn our strength and value, thus allowing us to rise above in our true worth. This doesn’t mean they suck. They do but with this card, we are being challenged to find the silver lining within the disappointment. What can be learned? What is the purpose of this situation? Even the smallest glimmer can shine bright.
Today’s Card of the Day is the Ace of Cups reversed with two other cards to clarify: The Star and Queen of Disks (Pentacles).
We want to heal the world and certainly could agree that it is in need of it. Every day we are bombarded by images and stories of destruction, fear, hate, ignorance, and intolerance. This is unbearable, especially for an empath or healer. We want to spread light into the world. We want to help. However, we can’t spread anything from an empty cup which is bound to happen when we allow ourselves to become drained. We invest so much of our time and energy into these stories and our mission that we forget we must care for ourselves as well. It’s only practical. Before we can share our light, we must be in control of our bodies and selves. Take time to refill your own heart with light. Do something that brings you joy. Go for a walk, paint, dance, play with a pet. Anything to recharge your own heart chakra so that you may be the luminous healer and lightbearer you were meant to be.
This is going to perhaps be the running theme for a bit as this certainly isn’t a quick fix sort of issue. So how can we possibly hope to accomplish this besides fueling our own joy? I pulled an oracle card for guidance and had one jump out as well. The meaning was more than spot on and I almost gasped when I saw it because duh, why didn’t I think of that?! The actual card pulled actually had me laughing because it took me a moment. So, the card pulled was Full Moon (Completion) which confused me because I didn’t get the completion part. I realized this card was being literal and referring to the Full Moon which is on the 9th. It’s a time to set intentions, release what is no longer serving us, and do manifestation magick. The jumper was Rainbow (Blessings). We can recharge ourselves by counting our blessings each and every day since gratitude raises our vibrations. However, it would seem that this Full Moon is particularly important to do so.
Be grateful for what is right and good in the world, set some intentions, recharge yourself, do some TLC, ignite your passions so that you may spread more light into this world so that we may be healed and whole again.

The Magician Reversed with jumpers-2 of Wands and 6 of Chalices Reversed.
These cards give a very clear message: wait before moving forward!!! With just having celebrated the New Moon (I will be tomorrow), you may be ready to get your feet on the ground and manifest those intentions. However, we’re being told to hold our horses and chill for a bit. Allow those intentions to really set before we begin action. All because we aren’t actively working towards them doesn’t mean we aren’t doing anything. Remember that!
The Magician is telling us things are not in our control at the moment. Wait. Don’t force it. 2 of Wands is all about looking to the future, reflection, and balancing our thoughts. The magician is balanced so this could be what must be controlled first. 6 of Chalices means that we are being drawn to look back at the past, at the old, but with a sense of detachment. We are being called to release. There may be something from the past you are still secretly clinging to which isn’t going to be conducive to manifestation.
For whatever you reason, you may have found yourself switching directions in life, whether that be in residence, job, or lifestyle change. This was always as it was meant to be as we’re brought to certain points within our lives so that we may learn lessons and have experiences necessary to our journey in this lifetime. However, all because you are changing or about to make changes doesn’t mean everything must go. It’s like the old saying, “don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater”. What does this mean? Well, simply put, you needn’t throw everything away and completely begin anew. There are always good aspects within a negative situation—you just have to dig enough. I’ve been through some challenging times myself that most people won’t ever have to deal with and believe me, I know how daunting and challenging such a task may seem.
Movement and action aren’t the priority today in this aspect. Instead it’s about returning to your center—to your heart space—and reflecting honestly about your journey thus far, where you want to go, and what you would like to take with you. Some things are meant to stay with us. If they had a positive impact on our lives or bring us joy then why deny them simply because we think we should instead focus our attention and energy on a new course? It’s about mixing and melding the old and the new. The dual aspects of life—past and future. Take some time today to really reflect, journal, set your intentions then create a course of action and list of goals in order to manifest this desired life that allows you to continue with certain aspects of the past that you still resonate with as well as the expansive, potential filled future of your dreams. Craft your life well, my friends.
Knight of Chalices Reversed and Queen of Swords (Jumper)
As the sun moves from fiery Aries, which gave us that spark for life and action once more, to the earthy and stable Taurus, we will find ourselves becoming more grounded. We aren’t as quick to jump into action but instead must ensure there is an emotional desire to our actions. We can have all the energy, will, and I can attitude but unless there is an emotional investment (a desire within) then it isn’t an inspired action. If you’re having trouble manifesting something in your life, assess what emotions it invokes within you? Is there even an emotional response? Remember emotions create our need, our desire, our want and is an important part of the witch’s pyramid.
Cards from the Rider-Waite deck.
Take some time today to really feel and delve into your emotions to discover what it is your heart truly desires.
A plethora of emotions are readily available today as many of us are gathering today with friends and loved ones. Emotions and tension may run high. Most people share the highlights of their year during such social gatherings and its easy to grow jealous and upset by the glittering triumphs of others but don’t allow the illusion to bring you down. As I said they are mostly highlights—not the entire picture. Others may have had a worse year than you. The best way to avoid this is by not allowing yourself to compare your path to others. No two are the same and everything comes in the right time. Remain centered and come from a place of love and gratitude .
