8 of Chalices Reversed
For whatever you reason, you may have found yourself switching directions in life, whether that be in residence, job, or lifestyle change. This was always as it was meant to be as we’re brought to certain points within our lives so that we may learn lessons and have experiences necessary to our journey in this lifetime. However, all because you are changing or about to make changes doesn’t mean everything must go. It’s like the old saying, “don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater”. What does this mean? Well, simply put, you needn’t throw everything away and completely begin anew. There are always good aspects within a negative situation—you just have to dig enough. I’ve been through some challenging times myself that most people won’t ever have to deal with and believe me, I know how daunting and challenging such a task may seem.
Movement and action aren’t the priority today in this aspect. Instead it’s about returning to your center—to your heart space—and reflecting honestly about your journey thus far, where you want to go, and what you would like to take with you. Some things are meant to stay with us. If they had a positive impact on our lives or bring us joy then why deny them simply because we think we should instead focus our attention and energy on a new course? It’s about mixing and melding the old and the new. The dual aspects of life—past and future. Take some time today to really reflect, journal, set your intentions then create a course of action and list of goals in order to manifest this desired life that allows you to continue with certain aspects of the past that you still resonate with as well as the expansive, potential filled future of your dreams. Craft your life well, my friends.
